The Joint Committee is the highest decision-making body of CEFTA. It is composed of representatives of the CEFTA Parties and its main function is to govern the implementation and further development of the Agreement. The Joint Committee operates in line with its Rules of Procedure and meets at least once a year. The Joint Committee is chaired by one of the Parties and this function revolves on an annual basis in an alphabetical order.
