The RBAG metals group has visited Dusseldorf in June 2019 in order to gain knowledge and share experiences from the German most prominent metal industry business associations and companies. The group held a number of meetings with companies and associations, informing them about the practices in communicating with the businesses and the decision makers in the metal sector industry and on the national level in general. The group gained significant insight into the work of these institutions as well. The group also held an internal meeting, discussing the next steps and the following activities until the finalization of the project. The group also discussed the position paper stipulating all the most burning issues for the metals sector in the region and discussed the presentation of the paper to the national decision makers and the official bodies of CEFTA.
