The Subcommittee on Customs and Rules of Origin seeks to ensure the simplification and facilitation of customs procedures.  Subcommittee members are drawn from the customs authorities in the CEFTA Parties.  Its official Terms of Reference are set out in Annex 8 of JC Decision 1/2015 and it reports to the Committee on Trade Facilitation.
